Ask yourself what you want to achieve with a career. Political science and finance don't really go that well together and have vastly different course requirements. If you want to do something in business I'd suggest double majoring in related areas, like finance and accounting, or finance and economics. This would make your marketability better in the real world. But a double major in poli science would have little, if any, increased prospects.
