What is the best and cheapest distance learning doctorate degree in business / finance?

I am currently employed in Corporate Finance and I would want a doctorate degree so that I can teach when I retire. I also want to use the doctorate to move up the corporate ladder. How much should I spend for an affordable online doctorate (DBA or PhD)?
Thanks for the tip on the scam. I guess I should veer away from these online degrees. Can I use portfolio management as my dissertation topic?

    An accredited by only one organization that no credible university claims to the notion that no credible university will grant you phd online according to the notion that an accredited phd is only speaks to their site realize that an obvious scam.
